We need to take strong action to show our disapproval of the Israeli actions! Not everyone wants to, or can, protest in the streets, but we can all unite to boycott products and send an economic message (which, sadly, seems to be the only kind that is heard). Just like divestment in apartheid South Africa, we should stop economically supporting this regime. If the U.S. government insists on sending millions or billions of dollars in aid and weaponry, let us stop purchasing products that support Israel.

I hope Obama speaks out on this, as Bush's position in defense of Israel has been made clear.
